Frequently Asked Questions:

1. I have little/no prior dance training but am interested in taking a class! What class or     level would be best suited for me?

Absolute beginner hip-hop on Tuesday nights would be the best class for you! Starting with the very basics we cover everything from simple grooves and gaining coordination to introducing and learning exciting street choreography. Each class has a different lesson plan, making it easy to follow regardless of what day you join or drop-in! 

2. What do I wear to a hip-hop class?

The best thing to wear is loose, comfortable clothing you can move in. Staying away from jeans and other tight materials are a good option - Dancing in breathable fabrics (that you feel okay with sweating in) are usually the best choices.

3. How should I prepare for class? Do I need to bring anything or warm-up before hand?

No need to prepare before class as your instructor will guide you through a series of moves and stretches during warm-up. The best thing you can bring is a full waterbottle and some clean runners to dance in!

Currently we are only offering adult (16+) classes. Should you be interested in teen and/or child classes please coment below for more information.
